The Governing Board forms the Management Committee to oversee all projects. The Board meets monthly and all members are allocated portfolios.

- Cherish Programme
- Community Care Work
Policy development is ongoing on a needs basis.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
All aspects of project performance are monitored on a regular basis.
All funding is accounted for separately.
